What is BIM?

Save time to find the right vertical access and working at height solutions for your project. Our range of Building Information Modelling (BIM) object files allow you to compare and select the most suitable access and/or lifting solution for your needs – from the early start of a project and throughout the lifetime.

Alimak Groups BIM Gallery contains 3D models with key embedded information of our facade access equipments, construction hoists, work platforms and industrial elevators like capacity, speed, space requirement etc. The BIM models can be configured to your needs i.e. size, lifting height, drop zone and connection to a building and/or structure. By using our BIM models early in the planning phase of your project you can optimize and simulate the use of our products throughout the project and thereby reduce design risks that can be difficult to foresee in a 2D environment.

More products will be added to the BIM Gallery to cover our full range of vertical access solutions – if you have specific demands, questions or feedback, please contact us at bim.support@alimakgroup.com
